Even when all the stacks are used up, nothing happens—though sometimes an explosion does occur; everything worked reliably before the update. It used to go "bang-bang-bang," but now time just passes, and... silence.

I figured out what was going on: after dying, the vampirism effect on my gear stopped working. I moved all the items to my bag and equipped them again, and everything started working fine. Apparently, something happens upon death that breaks the mechanics of the items you're wearing—it’s going to be a hassle having to re-equip everything every time I die...

I take back what I said... the explosion doesn't happen when I get disarmed: the charge counter shows zero and the timer keeps ticking, but there’s no blast. I’m not exactly sure how it works, but the monsters that disarm me disable the accessory's explosive effect.

By the way, for some reason, vampirism doesn't trigger with the explosion from this accessory; I consider this a bug.
