[BUG] Chain of the Scarlet Crusade Set Bonus Not Triggering

Hello,
Just wanted to post for awareness (maybe this is a 1.18 thing?) as I don't know when this was officially implemented; but the 6 set proc is not happening.
I had a 3hr session I didn't think to capture and never saw a proc/register in DPSMate.
Decided to test on undead and humanoids for an hour or so (total runtime 84mins) and never got a single proc.
Here's images of proof of the 6set and the details for the session. Perhaps DPSMate doesn't grab it but that seems unlikely with everything else it captured. I kept Combat Log open and never saw an inference nor the equivalent dmg/any graphic on a mob.
The defense, shadow res, hit chance all reflect in character stats however.
So, just another one for the pile!
