Subject: Inquiry regarding account suspensions and forum access
Hello OctoWoW Support Team,
I am writing to request information and assistance regarding access to my accounts.
Recently, I found that I am unable to log into the game on either of my two accounts, nor can I access the server forums to check announcements or submit an appeal.
Prior to this, I managed to speak briefly with an in-game GM who mentioned that my account was included in a mass ban issued by Kestrel, and that further details would be posted on the forums. However, since I cannot access the forums either, I haven’t been able to read the announcement or understand the specific reason why both of my accounts were suspended.
Could you please check my case and clarify the exact reason for the ban on both accounts? Also, please let me know if there is an official appeal procedure available.

They just banned 3 of my accounts, a lv 31 warlock, 36 warrior and a lv 4 or something like that toon, reasoning? None. So it's not only you.

You were banned for selling gold and a boost for real life money.

Thank you for the response and for explaining the reason.
I understand that this violates the server rules. I sincerely apologize for my actions and for impacting the community. I value playing on this server and would like to ask if there is any possibility for a second chance, whether that involves a character/gold wipe or a temporary suspension instead of a permanent ban.
I appreciate your time and consideration.

Although typically we just say you need to make a whole new account, I can wipe the account and all characters on it if you'd prefer to keep the email/username

Hello,
Thanks for the explanation. However, I need to clarify the situation with my second account (the Rogue).
That Rogue account is completely fresh and clean:
It has zero trade history or gold transactions.
It was never involved in any boost or gold selling activities.
It was banned solely as a collateral IP ban because it was connected from the same IP.
I kindly ask you to check the logs and trade history specifically for this Rogue account (Character name: Scyler. You will see that it has no trades or suspicious activity attached to it.
I respectfully request that you unban this specific account/character. Thank you for your time and for reviewing the logs.

Elreiniciador you really are extremely soft, face it and start all over again. Actually I wouldn't just go to a different server, you'll get banned again eventually for past activities.

You can wait for Kestrel to respond of course but the rules are that you start fresh in this scenario. From what I've seen they're pretty firm about it. Because multiple accounts are so easy to make, they basically consider all of your accounts "your account" when it comes to punishments. Because otherwise people could pretty easily avoid repercussions. They let you start over but yeah, it is starting over from scratch.

They don't let you start over, they'll eventually ban you again like they did to me.

Krestel, so there’s no way for you to unban my rogue? It has absolutely nothing to do with RMT.
