321 radio teleport

I dont know if you do this manually or edited 123 warlock teleport addon to help you manage requests, but ...

Instead of "321"s in world chat, lets place "Pootis Spencer" next to goblin poller in major cities.
A vending machine, npc, or repair bot selling candy.
"Come over here, I move time and space. Want some?
Click open shop UI:

yellow text: "I shouldn't eat random candy off the street."
expires in 2 minutes

On use, player is self teleported to DJ-GM, candy runs .appear to dj, or some preset .go creature DJ-GM deploys.
In off live-radio time Pootis Spencer would hush people away "I got nothing for you kid, go away" or is simply not there.

This would be so insanely annoying to implement, just makes no sense at all
+ its more annoying than just 321 in world chat
