why is my acc get bann ? im not even play that often
last time i use this account to send ticket to GM that my other account got stoleen, i ask how to get it back, i have evertying, original mail and the code, i email it and still no answer till now, GM said on that ticket to wait, now i try to login to send more ticket and got notice i got ban on this account,
any reason ? or its just a simple mistake ?

Normally our RMT bans come from me personally, but every once in a while we get a special case where a GM catches it out in the open. See chat log below

Did the person who stole your account break into your house, hack your PC, and run a dungeon for you, and then proposition your dungeon group? Is that your story here?
