Guild Banks - Accross Azeroth, mysterious political forces have shut down the guild bank system as we know it, citing increased pressure to not co-operate with the opposing faction. Surely a neutral third part will fill the gap...
Tents now give up to 33% of a levels worth of rested exp (turtle's was only 25% so we bumped is slightly). We also increased the rate that it gives exp to so that it is significantly faster than sitting in an inn for the same amount of rested exp. We intent players to use tents (crafted by themselves typically) as a hold over when they need another 1/3 or less of a level to ding and go back to a town/inn for a full rested bar. It takes 3 minutes to get from 0% rested to 33% rested with tents.
The inns now give rested exp up to 150% max at a slower rate then the tents. It takes 12.5 minutes to get to full rested from 0 with an inn.
