A system allowing players to replay completed quests would be a great way to enjoy the lore. To be clear, I'm not talking about a "prestige system". Just a feature that enables redoing old quests for the story (with zero XP/gold/rep rewards) without requiring a new character.

You need to make an alt char.

I can see some benefit for just a small handful of players. In comparison this would take some work to implement and seamlessly work into the game to not obstruct with players that dont want to use it. Just my opinion.

Isn't the proposal here to consider making select quests daily/went w/repeatable?

I feel the suggestion by OP lacks specificity.
