Arena skirmish should be 3 vs 3 (or at least optional 3 vs 3)

Arena is delicate PvP, its made for premades. The current class balance will allow more playability in 3vs3 scenarios, and its more casual that way, having a broader appeal. Certain classes suck in nonpremade 2vs2, and certain classes generally arent on level of others, which is most clearly exposed in arena.
