My wife and I play using the same router and IP address. We constantly have to re-sign priority our accounts via the launcher, but this periodically results in us being unable to log into the game, forcing us to go through the linking process all over again. Today, however, even re-linking hasn't helped — we only manage to connect about once every 20 attempts.
How can this issue be resolved, and what exactly is going on with the server?
