Inquiry regarding account ban (Possible VPN issue)

Hello, I am contacting you because I don't know the exact reason for my ban. However, I realized that I sometimes forget to turn off my VPN (Proton VPN, which launches automatically when my computer starts). Could you please check if this was the issue? Thank you.
