A Community Request

One very impactful figure on Turtle was a player named Rodfather (Emiga). They had an NPC dedicated to them on the dock in Nordrassil Glade, but apparently the NPC was either not added in 1.17.1 or was added via GM commands and not persistent.
We would like to add the NPC back into the game as a way to remember them (although we hope they find our server we doubt they will). We know it was a tauren male who would train the fishing skill and sell fishing items, along with a snapjaw pet named Emiga, but are unsure of the exact appearance of the NPC in terms of clothing.
If you have any screenshots or videos of the NPC please do post them here so that we can restore this NPC to the world.
