[BUG] High Elf mages start with Earth Warder's Gloves in weapon slot instead of staff

When creating a new high elf mage and logging in, they don't have the typical elven staff, instead they have this pair of gloves in the main hand weapon slot: https://www.wowhead.com/classic/item=21 ... ers-gloves. What's stranger is that, while it appears as a white and blue box when unsheathed in game, in character select and creation, it looks like the staff high elf mages are supposed to have.
