QoL dot/tick mechanic

Tick damage/heal and dot spell durations should be independent.
Meaning casting any spell that refreshes some debuff duration with a DOT (damage/heal over time), doesn't change when the next tick is inbound. I.e tick countdown is not influenced by refreshing the (de)buff duration.
Straight a QoL and immersion improvement IMHO.
