Druid Swift Travel Form

For consistency and immersion reasons I thought it a shame that the Druid Swift Travel Form had a cast time (like a mount) unlike the other druid forms. While I don't believe it would break the game or make druid imbalanced (in case they're already the top PvP performer) to just make it instant cast. I have just thought of a genius way to balance and offset the perk of making it instant cast.
1) make it a scaling speed increase like Plainsrunning (without the other Plainsrunning mechanics/limitations), and if need be (2) also give it the dazed-side effect of Aspect of the Cheetah.
