All game spanish file

I have noticed that there is a file for spanish ui (at least). I know a several ammount of people that would be interested into implement it or any addon to have some parts of the game in spanish. I dont Know how hard it is to implement but would be interesting to reach a bigger public, even the dialogues with NPC keep being in english being able to read talents habilities objects etc in Spanish would be a good idea.
