Dear GM,

The status of my account on the website is active, but I can't login on the server. It says my account has been closed.
GM PIG said my account was banned for 1 day due to multiboxing and I promised I won't do that anymore. But I don't know why my account still be closed? Could you help restore my account? I have many materials on this account, if I lose it, I will have no money. Thank you for you help.

Thank you very much for your help! I can login to the server now, but there is a magic ' FROZEN' on me, I can't move or logout. Could you help remove this magic? Thank you very much!

Sounds like Pig may have helped you out, let a GM know with a ticket if you still need un freezing.
