I'd prefer single target to AOE when levelling, so which spec is better, arcane or frost?

Frost has way more survivability than arcane. Frostbolt slows movement speed, ice block prevents any and all damage, ice barrier blocks damage, frost nova freezes enemies in place, and all can be used a second time with cold snap resetting everything.

I believe arcane does more damage in single target scenarios.

Not sure about AOE leveling.

Just joined server, are the arcane tree standards of Turtlew same same on Octo?
