My account was banned for 1 day due to multiboxing with the account FLORA. I promise I won't do that anymore.
Right now, the status of this account shown on the website is active, but I can't login to the server.
Could you help remove the restriction? Thank you very much!

Sounds like Pig may have helped you out, let a GM know with a ticket if you still need un freezing.
