Your connection is currently restricted, to many unsuccessful authentication attempts
This is what my login says when i try to login. Any advice ?

If you type the wrong login too many times, you are locked out for 15 mins. It is just a safety thing against hackers

Yeah but i havent typed wrong and I took an hour in the sauna to see if it helped and its still the same. Ideas?
