More GM's are needed

As the server population continues to grow, it may be time to consider adding more GMs or moderators to help maintain order in public chat channels.
When no GMs are visible or available, chat can quickly become disruptive, with rule violations going unchecked. Many players either don't read the rules or choose to ignore them, which makes active moderation important for maintaining a positive environment.
The community is growing, which is a great problem to have, but it also means the moderation team may need additional support to keep chat welcoming and enjoyable for everyone.
