A question about transferring characters with a title

Good afternoon, I want to suggest. I started playing from the first days of the beta test, when there was no talk of a PvP server. I got up to 60 without dying (I got the title of Immortal). But I want to play on a PvP server. In this regard, I would like to make a suggestion. Can a character with the title Immortal be transferred (even with the first lvl)?
