For the past few days, rumors have been circulating about crossfaction PVP coming to the PVP server as well.

That would be one of the most ridiculous decisions they you make.

The main purpose of this game is to convey the tension between the Horde and the Alliance, and BG events serve this purpose the most. As a Horde member, i don't want to fight alongside Alliance members against a mixed team.

If you are making such a plan, please abandon it. I don't think there's a single true PvP player who would support this decision, as it goes against the spirit of the game and the purpose of PvP.

I generally agree, although sometimes once a faction starts having a small advantage, more and more people join it, and eventually no one wants to create characters in the "loser" faction, and the "winner" faction gets huge BG queues.

Entirely depends on how balanced the factions are. If the server is overwhelmingly one faction, then yeah, I can see this being necessary. That said, I think it should be an opt in thing, where you can choose to queue mercenary if you want the faster queue. But if the factions are fairly balanced, then best not to bother.

Nobody asked for Cross faction, only for cross realm
