Warlock's Firestone skill bug

Dear OctoWow developer, I'm reporting a bug here. The Warlock's Firestone skill can't be learned. I checked https://octowow.com/db for firestone, and it says it can be learned at level 36, but I'm level 36 now and still can't learn it. Could this be a bug?
