Purprlkin: We’ve been looking for a healer for at least an hour now! Can any of you guys heal, please? For example, you Millary, being a druid and all. I beg of you.

Millary: Fine, but only under one condition. I’ll get to roll on my bis until phase 2, the Hatereaver Cog.

Purprlkin: Great! But we are still missing a dps.

Millary: Oh, actually… I saw someone in the world chat looking for hfq at this very moment. I think we should invite them.

Purplkin: Sure, what’s their name?

Millary: Nirrodin.

Nirrodin, after a short while, entered Hateforge.

Nirrodin: Sorry guys it took me so long.

Purplkin: No worries! So are we all ready?

Millary: I’m ready for this adventure with you guys, even though I might not necessary like some of you, not going to say names…

Purplkin: We have to look past our differences here, Millary, we have a common goal, which is acquiring quest items and wonderful loots.

Millary: You’re right. I will try not to get carried away.. by my hate.

Just as one little druid’s heart had desired, the Hatereaver Cog blessed the eyes of our adventurers.

Purplkin: I’ll pass on it! I have better items anyway.

Both Millary and Nirrodin pressed need.

Millary: Are you completely braindead cooked el stupido pos?

Nirrodin: What? I need it for pvp. To ward myself off against attacks from like druids and stuff. You know how strong and hunky and hard to beat they are. I need every bit of help I can get.

Millary: Tis the item of my heart’s desires. How dare you! It doesn’t even provide unique benefits to thy MS playstyle!

Nirrodin: And? What is it that you’re inferring? That’s OS for both of us!

Millary: I fret thou do not fully comprehend. Tis my BIS until phase 2!

Nirrodin: But you’re a healer? And a cute one, if I might add…

Millary: You’re such a wretched limited brain capacity beast, that I am simply at a loss for words. You ruined my life. You ruined all that towards which I’ve worked so hard.

Nirrodin: I didn’t know you wanted it so bad!

Millary: You thwarted all the progress I’ve made towards becoming the strongest, most beefiest tank in Azeroth. I can hardly imagine my being able to recover from this. Ever.

Nirrodin: But I needed this item too.

Millary: You do not understand. See me at midnight at Ruins of Thaurissan. Be there alone. We will duel to death. The one who survives shall receive the item.

Nirrodin: Millary, you are taking this way too seriously. It’s just an item.

Millary: Enough words, priest. I shall see you at midnight.

The night dawned upon this part of Azeroth. Nirrodin neared one of the abandoned structures.

Millary: So you’ve finally made it. Good. It’s time to see who truly is worthy of the Cog.

Nirrodin: I feel that there is more to this than you are letting on.

Millary: A bunch of nonsense.

Nirrodin: Your hands are shaking.

Millary: Prepare to die, priest. I will not let you steal this item as well as my dignity!

Nirrodin casts “Power Word: Shield” on Millary. Millary feels the warm embrace of priest's concentrated kindness.

Millary: What are you doing, you halfwit. You are supposed to fight me!

Nirrodin: The Hatereaver Cog, is this truly what it's all about?

Nirrodin was alarmed at his own temerity. Millary stood in place, stupefied.

Millary: You’re afraid to die. You’re trying to get under my skull and manipulate me. I’m familiar with mind magic, priest. I’ve seen it before.

Nirrodin: This is not mind control, Millary. I would never use Mind Control on you. I want to be present here, with real you, not the artificial creation of my own will.

Millary roared.

Millary: I want to cry. I hate you so much. Why can’t you just duel me and get this over with. I just wanted my item.

Nirrodin: I shall ask once again. Is the Cog truly why you brought me here?

They remained silent for a good half a minute.

Millary: I’m afraid. I’ve never dealt with love and warmth before. Your embrace took me off guard. I've never felt anything like this before.

Nirrodin: Not until I came here, did I see what your heart was about. I knew it there and then that it was blossoming with affection.

Millary: But I was only taught how to fight. I was never taught how to let somebody into my heart. I was never taught love.

Nirrodin: We will figure this out, I promise. We will navigate the treacherous waters of love together.

Millary: You make me cry. I’ve always thought I’m not worthy of this kind of attention. I thought if I put up this facade I would never have to deal with the

Nirrodin: The what?

Millary: The vulnerability. Each moment you are exposed and vulnerable. You can just be rejected, that easily at every passing second.

Nirrodin: Doesn’t it make it oh so beautiful? That we are brave enough to open ourselves to someone else, despite all the years of pain and callousness?

They sat at the ruins beside each other, looking at the crescent moon bathing in the deep dark waters of the night sky. Who knew that simple loot drama could lead to such a beautiful moment?
