Receiving Error 132 Screenshot After Most Recent Patch

Hello After the most recent patch I receive an error 132 Access violation anytime i try to star the game from the Ocotolaiuncher. I've tried deleting my WDB file, clearing out my addons, updating my drivers and doing a clean reinstall of the game. nothing seems to work, pelase advise.

I too, am receiving this error.
I have since deleted Patch A completely, and launched through VanillaFixes, without patching Patch-A again.
So far, so good, but I can't add the Beta Pet companion to my collection. *shrug*
Hope this helps until it gets fixed.
Edit : Now my game locks up and closes a minute or two after being logged in. Nevermind.. Kestreln, send help!

I am having the exact same problem, as are several of my guildmates. Hopefully a fix can be found soon.
Edit: The issue seems to be primarily happening in capital cities. Solutions I have tried include a complete fresh reinstall of Octo; a full suite of modern fixes using the "Modernized WoW" package from the fan discord to improve memory usage, performance, etc.; and minimal use of addons. I do not use any HD mods or textures, either.

I found out it was because the launcher modified the contents of the dlls.txt file.
Among them, VanillaMultiMonitorFix.dll can't load correctly and that entry must be deleted.

For me the fix was to uncheck "no1600x1200" in the mods and update, then the client would start. Something to do with the multimonitor .dll file it seems.
