Hello, dear GM, I have an account named "nono" as a paladin. This morning, it was indicated that the account was frozen because I needed to go to work during the day. I asked my wife to help me defeat monsters and level up the account, but she told me that the account was frozen. She can only defeat monsters but cannot reply to messages. Could you please restore my account? Thank you very much.

Because she likes watching short videos, can the freeze be lifted? She won't do it anymore in the future.

I bet if you upload a video of 3rd person POV of your wife playing wow, you could convince them it was not a bot.
