Priest DMG Tier sets update

In the last patch before shutdown, Priests received a spec update and every raid tier gained an additional Priest set, bringing the total from two sets to three.

The spec update changed Shadow Priest by introducing a major crit interaction: Mind Blast crits trigger the Spirit Tap talent. This increased the value of crit for Shadow and brought its stat priorities closer to those of the other damage-oriented Priest build.

Before this patch, Priest tier sets were not evenly distributed between specializations. The AQ Temple tier offered a dedicated Discipline set, while other tiers focused on Healing and Shadow, with AQ lacking a Shadow set entirely. The update addressed this by adding its own dedicated set throughout progression for each spec.

However, now that this project is starting from Tier 1, I think it is worth reevaluating whether the three-set model is actually necessary.

Warlocks have two sets that reflect differences in stat priorities, Affliction going for haste while Demonology and Destruction place greater value on crit.
Dmg-Priest specs now share a greater overlap. Shadow gained additional value from crit and both specs benefit from the same general caster/priest stats.

For that reason, I would propose combining the Discipline and Shadow tier sets into a single DPS-oriented set, while retaining a separate healing set. This would reduce the collection burden on Priest players, and better reflect the current overlap in stat priorities between the two damage specializations.

Ps.
Also please review the Priest "Ruins of AQ" 3-set, the gear has only +healing bonuses, but the set bonuses are for damage.
