[Suggestion] Give Hpala a HOT spell

Pretty much like title, give paladin holy (and him only) a HOT spell.
Now you might wonder: why?
well, HOTS are a nice relief for aoe healing / stacking heals and paladins are basically flash of light spambot.
Introducing a HOT (even a weak one) Might help paladins in dungeons healing for those dps who take little damage.
