RP interaction reward of rested XP at Inns

I think it would be really cool feature if you would get faster rested XP by getting drunk at the inn by buying drinks from the Innkeeper. Of course some kind of limitation of drinks bought perhaps but I think it would foster some player interaction and RP activities.
