I was suggested to post this here instead when I posted it on the Discord so I'm just going to paste the text from there.

After afew hours of playing, anywhere between 3-6 hours my whole Laptop will start stuttering visually. It's very weird and I have no idea what's causing it. It was totally fine till about 2-3 days ago.

I can't tell if this was caused by a launcher update or an addon but seeing how long it takes to occur, if it even does, it's very annoying to troubleshoot myself.

Try to clear your WDB folder.

I didnt play for ~2 days and now after the update the game was stuttering. I cleared the folder and it's fixed now.

I have not had experience with 1.12.1+ clients since 2005 but I did notice that this game likes to use my e-cores. I used project lasso to disable the e-cores for wow.exe and gained 200+ fps. I went from having 200 fps with the odd stutters too 400+ fps and smooth gameplay. Not sure if it's applicable too you but just leaving it here.

Yeah I already tried this. Sadly didn't work.
