About small pet recovery

My little pet Ozzy was accidentally deleted along with the warrior account. I had contacted the GM in the game before, and he said he would discuss it before making a decision. It has been 4 or 5 days. I'd like to ask if it's still possible to recover (C'Thun-Hunter-Zee) I also submitted it in the game but no one responded.
