[Bug] Realm Transfer HC -> Normal

Hi,
does the realm transfer HC -> Normal apply immediately? Is there a transition time?
I tested it with a human priest, lvl 1, and walked through the dark portal. I was automatically logged out and the character can not be found on either of the two realms.
Please treat this as a bug report, character does not need to be restored if lost.
