Hello ,today i got perm baned, dont know why becouse i dont do anything wrong , last week my friend give me some gold for good start , becouse he Play here and saying good recomendation to me about this project so i start playing , and now my acc is banned , plz say to me what is going on

I dont trade real money bro , for what ? Taking gold from my friend playing here for free for better start and leveling is a buying for real money ? how do these RMT ban appeals always have the same message pattern xD

"I did nothing wrong, just gave a friend new to the server <some> gold"
"What is RMT?"
"I never did that, I just give friend gold, please unban"

So i have doubts about RMT banning.
Ofc it's good to remove this kind of activity.

But do have confidence that giving a friend 50 gold was RMT?
I mean, can we give or borrow a friend any amount of money?
If so how much, and what amount is considered as RMT?

Kestrel this should be transparently written in Rules so everyone know what will be punished.
I guess some of bans wasn't RMT but simply a gift or loan.
Maby loans shall be reported on forum?

Or just add rule that trading/sending gold is not allowed at any amount.

While I appreciate the concerns, I can assure you that when we get these appeals we do dig further into the circumstances that led to the ban. We take many things into consideration when doing this manual research and have (in one case) issued a lift of the ban and apology for the mistake.

Our methods are novel, some of them we do not feel we can share as it would likely inspire work arounds, hence the lack of transparency here. We may release some (safely generalized) information about one of our methods soon though in the announcements channel (probably in the next week or so) so keep an eye out for that.

What I can do is ensure you that getting a gift of 50g, or even 300g from a genuine friend will not cause any issues and will not result in you catching an RMT ban like this. If it ever were to happen any investigation would clear it up and the ban would be lifted.

@bomii, if you claim to be such good friends with this kind person who gave you this 70g out of the goodness of their heart, what is their email address? I would be happy to verify this on the back end and surely your good friend would be willing to share that with you right?
