Today's Lag

Sorry in advance if this is the wrong place to put this post but the lag today has been pretty bad. I am not alone as many appeared to be experiencing the same issue and described it as "brutal". I reached 3966ms and logged off as it became unpayable and got me killed twice LOL. Maybe a server restart?
