If your FPS is too high (Too high of an FPS breaks the game's culling), I'd suggest capping it. If you're using DXVK, open dxvk.conf in your game folder, find the line d3d9.maxFrameRate, and remove the # right in front of it. Set it to a reasonable value, like d3d9.maxFrameRate = 120 or 60.
