Invisible NPCs

Is anyone experiencing the invisible NPC bug? Sometimes they disappear, and I have to relog and they appear. If I move the camera with the mouse, they also sometimes appear at certain angles. I've tried disabling dxvk, manually installing the vanillafix from previous versions, and changing various settings in the config, but it doesn't help.
