Stuck with "Retrieving character list"

As the title suggests I am just stuck on "Retrieving character list", when trying to log in. This bug happened after exiting game with an error message popping up. I couldn't make a screenshot in time with the error message and now I don't know what to do, the Realm with characters shows me the error.

It will auto fix itself after being locked out a while, I still think I should keep the post to see if people have had similar issues.
