Rewards changed afterward, title disappeared – multiple players affected

Hi everyone,
I’ve been playing on octo wow since the early beta and I really enjoy it.
The challenge selection was unfortunately suboptimal at the start: some challenges didn’t exist (samurai). I then selected 3: SNS and WM to HC. When creating the challenges, the rewards you choose should be the ones you get.
Between 55 and 60, the reward was adjusted (because it takes correspondingly long when both challenges are active). Now I receive nothing instead of a sword I would really have liked to get.
Also, the title “Battlelord” is strangely gone. While I was on 58 and still had the announcement that it was active, it was never turned off. This seems to affect several players.
This is especially frustrating because I had to complete 970 quests for a transmog only to have it removed afterward—same with the title. The challenge combination also makes it harder and takes longer to reach 60 (logging out because of PVP, etc.).
With the rewards it’s visible that the old rewards were active up to 50. It’s not only me: other players are affected too and are stuck with the old titles. Classes that can’t transmog the sword at all without that challenge are likely hit hardest.
I understand the server setup is progressing quickly and has gone extremely well. Still, I’m asking for an alternative: it should be possible to exchange/adjust it for players who already leveled most of the way. Not everyone can invest lots of time at specific times.
The in-game GM response sadly didn’t provide a solution.
