Cross Faction Bank Alt?

Just wondering if I wanted to make a bank Alt would I need one for both Horde and alliance or is Faction Mailing a thing in Octo Wow?

Depends on your server:
N'Zoth - no restrictions.
C'Thun - +- five level restriction, no faction restriction
Y'Shaarj - Faction locked.

So we can in the 2 PVE ones but the PVP one is forbidden. That makes sense and sounds reasonable
