Transferring a character after death from HC to PVP

I want to play my character on PVP after it dies on HC. I went through a dark portal, but the character appeared on PVE. Please transfer it to PVP.

Our current plans are to add this when MC gets cleared for the first time on the PvP realm but still not set in stone

Is it possible to transfer my character as an exception today? He's only level 12-13, but I don't want to level up all his skills again...
