I'm Supaku, GM of <Zarpa>. I ask for a manual review of the bans on Stonearm and Riv (RMT suspicion).
Their gold comes exclusively from farming Black Lotus on Tel'Abim. They play long hours while working remotely, which is verifiable in their in-game transaction history. No RMT involved.
