Ban ? Why ?

Hello ,
My & my GF Account Status is "You are permanently banned" why ?
I dont play multiboxing, but i play with my GF from one house & one IP modem ?
Is that unfair ? Plz unbann Us

You got a warning to stop multiboxing with warmode and continued. you even asked "its ok that i used second computer to help my GF to level Up?" after being warned about this rule. You may not multibox while undergoing challenges of any kind.
Given our investigation does turn up some evidence that your story at least checks out and the second account is sometime piloted by a real person, we have reduced your ban from permanent to 3 days as a slap on the wrist. Do not pilot multiple accounts with challenges again your GF needs to be playing themselves when online.
