Losing honor?

I recently have been losing quite a bit of honor out of no where.
I was saving up for my next Combatant's item, was almost at 4k and was doing some BG's when I noticed it was going down, I'm now around 3.6k honor after doing 3-4 BG's.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
