Selling of Loot

Are we allowed here to sell dungeon loot?
Apparently it falls under: Players may however sell their services (tanking, healing, or damaging) in dungeons within their own level bracket, with level 60s considered their own bracket.
So can we sell stuff like tribute chest loot or like mara princess ring to other lvl 60's?
