HD mods and ReShade

Hello guys!

Can we use HD mods and ReShade exactly how it was in turtle?

We got approval from a GM that we can use the HD mods and ReShade as they were in TWoW.

We can use all custom patches from A to U.

Step 1. Copy dll.txt from your TWoW folder to OctoWoW folder and make sure you have VanillaHelpers.dll added in the list.

Step 2. Run VanillaFixes.exe, it will ask you to confirm running of the files which are included in the dll.txt (if everything is ok it will launch the game, if not, check the dll.txt file and your game folder for .dll that you don't have
in the game folder or it is entered incorrectly in the dll.txt file)

Step 3. After running the game you will receive 2 errors from pfUI: libpredict.lua which is located in Interface\AddOns\pfUI\libs and the other one is feigndeath.lua which is located Interface\AddOns\pfUI\modules

Just rename them something like libpredict1.lua and feigndeath1.lua so pfUI does not use them and you will be OK.

Keep in mind I am still testing the mods!!! For now everything is running smooth and without any errors.

I hope that makes sense (my english is not so good xD)

Can confirm they seem to work properly now, unlike a couple of days ago.

But only if you launch the game through the VanillaFixes.exe, not working if running from launcher. Also, Shagutweaks and CRAP seems to be acting up.

Hello, has anyone attempted to use Patch L from https://projectreforged.github.io/downloads/turtle/
The patch is working for High Elves, Trolls, but not Night Elves. I know humans was removed but it should still work for Night elves. Unfortunately, it does not. If anyone has got the mod to work for night elves that would be greatly appreciated. TY!

Hmm.. the problem is, we are already on a 4 GB limit on this old client.
Im already on a cap with Render distance 3500, Ground clutter distance 200 and FoV 110.
If i put HD mods in.. i always get memory error.

Google says it will be different with patch 1.18
