Feature For reporting AFK in BG that doesnt require a GM

Lots of times i have seen people in BGs afk from level 10 all the way to 60 still AFK. Multiple people have said they have been reporting them but action hasn't been taken, I think its entirely possible that that the GMs and support staff have their hands full and can't handle every AFK report.
I think it would be cool if there was a feature to report AFK players in a BG without the need for a gm to watch them right then and there. Then if enough people report them this could possibly flag a gm to monitor them for a while. Rather than filling up tickets for GMs.
Anyways just s suggestion lots of love from Canada love the server so far.
