Are you working on a way to improve ping or routing to South America? Because every single day, without exception, there’s a time when the game becomes unplayable. I have friends who can't even log in, and when they do manage to get in, they experience high latency. Personally, I deal with 1 to 2 hours of lag every single day—it’s incredibly frustrating.
And on the fan Discord, when the lag spikes hit, it’s everyone from South America complaining in the chat.

What time of day and what time zone is this happening?

I'm experiencing it (for the first time and I have played at this time for over a week) right now, after midnight in the US for Central Time Zone.
