Can't enter to the game after get 60 lvl (HC to SOFTCORE REALM)

Hello. Yesterday and today I have already contacted about my problem with logging into the game. Nickname Ghost. I still can't log in to the game (I entered the dark portal after reaching level 60 with my character named ghost on hc realm) GM Valette accepted my request almost 20 hours ago. I have numbers instead of a name. I still can't log in. (Character rename failed )
