C'thun could need some more chat moderation and actual punishment.
"Just ignore him" doesn't make people feel consequences.
Overall this shines a very bad light on the Server, especially for new Players to join

The chat seems completely fine to me. If GMs start serving the interests of a few people who are seemingly offended by literally everything then we get back to the point of over moderating again which pushes even more people away. "Ignore him" is a viable option, it's how things have worked since the dawn of the internet. You have an ignore list for a reason. Use it. If you filled then get superignore. Turn off world chat. Ignore people you don't like. You have plenty of options to suit you personally but instead you believe we should regulate everyone else just to make sure you are happy. I don't get it.
This server is an amalgamation of different countries with different cultures and different values. Serve just one and you alienate the rest. Hands-off, light moderation and mutes for spammy or egregious behavior is reasonable. Banning people for thought crimes and "hate speech" falls into the territory of the whims and opinions of one person and not the general consensus and vibe of the server.
The chat is fine. It's also half of the fun of playing an MMO.

Translation: I want to keep spouting my hateful Nazi shit in world chat to impress my fellow 75er edge lords
