(Bug) Shaman Lightning Strike

When pressing the ability nothing happens and you are locked out of using any other abilities until the end of combat.
- Correction: If you press escape enough it will stop trying to complete the Lightning strike ability and allow you to cast something else.
Also noticed that when learning the ability (in the talent tree) the animation played for using the ability, except the lightning bolt strikes the player character.
