Rewrite CI workflow and refactor main.qml UI

- Replaced release.yml with a modern GitHub Actions workflow using install-qt-action, CMake, and CPack; triggers on version tags and uploads installer to releases
- Rewrote main.qml with copyright/license, improved structure, property bindings, update logic, and modular dialogs for user interactions
- Enhanced About section with clickable links and more info
- Updated .ninja_log and log.txt to reflect new builds and runtime logs
